This is a popular with our members. The Add-On option allows members who want to workout more on specific body parts like abdominal's glutes and legs, arms, chest, and even for those who want to UnBig Their Back. We can add these workout programs to the workout program you order and you can work you trouble areas up to 3 times per week. Once you have order your primary workout program, talk to BodyXhibit in the app and will add your Add-On Option.
Once your program has been ordered and the fitness app installed, you will see your workout program. You can easily adjust your workout for the day on the fly. Each gym is different. Some gyms have more and some gyms less and that is ok. You can easily substitute an exercise if you don't have it at your gym or just don't want to do it.
