Classic physique posing is a 60-second routine performed to music during a Classic Physique bodybuilding competition. It includes five mandatory poses: Front double biceps, Side chest, Back double biceps, Abdominal and thighs, and Favorite classic pose. Competitors are judged on their muscle definition, symmetry, and stage presence. Classic Physique focuses on proportion, harmony, and muscle symmetry, rather than size and mass. Competitors are assessed on their V-taper, broad shoulders, and narrow waistline. We help our members get ready for this type of posing as well as open bodybuilding.
